2019 Fall WATER MAIN FLUSHING SCHEDULE

October 17th, 2019 (MORNING  –  9:30 am to 12:00 pm)

Location: Lincolnway south to Westwood (from Grimmell Rd. going west to Bauer Addition)

PLEASE NOTE:

The water will show discoloration for a few hours after flushing. The water is safe to drink. The brown color is iron from the bottom of the water lines. However, the iron may stain white clothes. We recommend not washing white clothing during the time your area of town will be flushed. If whites become discolored during wash cycle, call the water dept to get a special detergent that will remove the iron BEFORE you dry the whites.
