This department head will be responsible for the preparation of the City’s annual operating budget, preparation of federal and state reports, monthly financial reports, investments, grant and bond management, supervising general accounting duties of accounts receivable and accounts payable, oversight of utility collections, coordinates annual audit, prepares paperwork for city liability health and worker comprehensive claims.
