NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF JEFFERSON, IOWA

The Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting and Public Hearing on May 11th, 2023, in City Hall at 11:00 A.M.

The Board will discuss a Special Exception request by Tim Pound. Tim would like to add a propane tank filling station at his business at ORIGINAL – LOT 31 (EX W14′) & ALL LOT 32 BLK 7 also know as 204 W Washington St.

All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal.
