REMINDER:
69.10 SNOW REMOVAL. No person shall park, abandon or leave unattended
any vehicle on any public street, alley, or City-owned off-street parking area from the
time there has been an accumulation of one-half inch of snow until the snow has
ceased to fall and has been removed or plowed from said street, alley or parking area.
The provisions of this section shall apply only between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and
6:00 a.m. for the following streets:
1. Washington Street from Elm Street to Chestnut Street;
2. State Street from Elm Street to Locust Street;
3. Lincoln Way from Elm Street to the Raccoon River Valley Recreation
Trail crossing;
4. Harrison Street from Elm Street to the alley between Chestnut Street
and Locust Street;
5. Vine Street from Washington Street to Madison Street;
6. Chestnut Street from Washington Street to Monroe Street;
7. Wilson Avenue from Washington Street to Monroe Street;
8. Locust Street from State Street to Lincoln Way.
