NOTICE OF MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF JEFFERSON, IOWA

The Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting and Public Hearing on July 25th, 2025, in City Hall at 11:00 A.M.

The Board will discuss a Special Exception request and a Variance request by Chris Deal. Chris Deal is requesting the Special Exception for allowing dwelling units in the basement and on the first floor and a Variance for the side yard setback on the South from 10ft. to 0ft. at ORIGINAL – PCL A BLK 34 INC ALL E/W VAC ALLEY & THAT PORTION N/S VAC ALLEY WITHIN PCL A, also known as 203 W Harrison St, Jefferson, Iowa.
All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal.
