The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Iowa, will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at the Municipal Center in Jefferson, Iowa, on March 12, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., for an update and discussion of plans and specifications and proposed form of contract for the CDBG Cntennial Block Upper Story Housing Grant Project IEDA, Project #23-HSGU-003.
All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposed plans, specifications and form of contract. At the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, the City Council of Jefferson will adopt resolutions, as necessary, determining whether or not to proceed with approval of the plans, specifications and proposed form of contract.
