The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Iowa, will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at the Municipal Center in Jefferson, Iowa, on July 11, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., on the proposed Planned Unit Development by Rowland Real Estate, L.L.C., located at all lots of the Water Tower Replat in Jefferson, Greene County, Iowa.
All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposals. At the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, the City Council of Jefferson will adopt ordinances and resolutions, as necessary, determining whether or not to proceed with the proposals.
